Join me for the P90X challenge!
{get ready to BRING IT!}

I would like to invite you to start the p90x challenge on Monday, Feb 23rd with me. We can all follow along with each other's progress if we start at the same time. The P90x is a serious challenge and commitment to yourself. The p90x is actually a lifestyle and WILL change your life. It requires about 1 - 2 hours on a daily basis for 90 days straight. The workouts are an hour long (except for the 1.5 hour yoga session). You can check out the different exercises involved by looking at the attached spreadsheet.
Requirements:
- the 12 dvd's (Buy Here)
- some light weights
- yoga matt
- chin-up bar
- towel
- chair
- tension bands
- TV with dvd player in your workout space
I want to thank Brent Schreurs for turning me on to this program. It may be one of the best things that I have ever done for myself. I feel great and am loving life.

Report Your Progress on Twitter (#p90xreport Hashtag)
I'll be reporting all my progress online via twitter and advise you to do the same. Reporting your progress on twitter is inspirational and fun. Kiley (

@padrelife) have been doing the twitter thing. I have actually created a twitter account to specifically report the next 90 day challenge (
@p90xreport). We don't have to exercise together at the same place and time. It is actually better to do it on your own in order to pause and complete sets. Yesterday, I ended spending 2 hours on a 1 hour workout.
